From the moment we met her, she connected to how we were doing, explained everything that was going to happen and basically befriended us for the journey that was about to happen. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish and convinced my wife and me that this was going to be a birthday party and nothing else, despite some of the concerns facing us. As first time parents with a baby coming early, we were thankful for Cindy and the fact that she was there when their daughter was born, escorting us to the recovery room and staying until she was sure everything was taken care of fully.

Having her in our corner was incredibly encouraging and she made the entire process enjoyable and memorable.
