Cindy's was the first smiling face we met after being sent for Lovenox injections because of a blood clot. She made us comfortable right away. She sat with us and explained what the injections would do and what my stomach would look like. She told me how she would inject and why. She was totally pleasant all seven days. And to save some of her patients from spending hours in the ER on the weekend, she worked Saturday and Sunday morning to care for us herself. No matter how many patients were waiting, she calmly and pleasantly took care of us in the order we arrived. She is indeed a wonderful nurse and employee.
