Cindy was so helpful during a challenging time for my son and our family. She made sure to advocate for our son’s care and helped improve communication between the Trauma Team.

Managing my son’s pain was especially challenging. She went above and beyond to assist with developing a specific pain management plan. Cindy was sure to communicate his needs with the staff and put notes in the chart so everyone was on the same page.

It was really important that she listened to our concerns regarding our special needs son and made sure to educate us as a family on the behavioral responses post-op from medications given before and during surgery. She listened to our concerns, making us feel heard.
