Excerpt from nomination:
Cindy is always a great role model fro the nursing profession. She is always eager to help ion any way possible and available to answer any questions, no matter how simple or complicated. Cindy is always a patient advocate, going above and beyond to make sure that her patients are getting the best care possible. It is not unusual for patient s to have great things to say about Cindy and the care she provided to them. She is a tough act to follow! Cindy as also a very good listener and gets along with everyone she meets. As a newer RN, I look up to Cindy and hope that one day I can be as knowledgeable and skilled as she is. Cindy is also busy behind the scenes working on several councils and looking up research to make sure we are providing our patients with top of the line care.
