I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with Cindy Havens, RN in Mill Creek Pediatrics for approximately 5 years. Not only is she an amazing nurse, but she is also an amazing co-worker and friend. Cindy truly cares deeply for each and every patient she works with. She recently completed her Lactation Certification, so she now brings that extra specialty to our pediatric clinic. She is so excited to help new parents in the guidance of breastfeeding their newborns. The parents trust her and have commented on her caring nature.
Cindy is the type of person to drop everything to jump in and help you with whatever the need is at that moment and does so with a smile.
She is also as concerned about her co-workers as she is about the patients with whom she works. Cindy is the type of employee who keeps other employees coming back to work each and every day. She knows the Providence Mission and Core Values and shows it daily through her work with patients and her communication with her peers.
