Cindy portrays the type of nurse that others strive to be. She consistently provides exemplary nursing care and is a leader who shows compassion and kindness in her work. She has great critical thinking skills and is always willing to find the answer to any problem. Cindy arrives at work with a positive attitude and willingness to help others. Her passion for nursing is recognizable in the quality of work she contributes and in her approach to helping others. Cindy is approachable and a pleasure to work with for both patients and staff.
