Cindy Hererra

Recently at clinical, Cindy had a patient whose primary language was Spanish. Very few nurses were able to really communicate with this patient, but Cindy took a step above and beyond and spoke with this patient to ease some of their fears and anxieties. I believe that this compassion from this moment and others before along with her bubbly attitude and willingness to take care and assist patients, make her an excellent candidate.
