I was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2023. This was actually the 4th time I have had cancer. Skin cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer, and now throat cancer.

Over the last 11 months, Cindy has been there for both myself and my wife for what needed to be done to keep everything moving smoothly. She has been there for my chemo, my radiation, and now my immunotherapy.

I could call her at any time with questions or concerns, and she always answered, or she would call me back as soon as she could. She would answer my questions if she could, or she would find out and call me back with the answer. When I had appointments, she would attend; she missed very few of them.

Cindy is the best nurse navigator anyone could ask for. She is compassionate. She knows what needs to be done and how to work with everyone involved to get it done in a timely manner.
