Cindy was consistently interested in what was best for mom. She was always upbeat and never seemed rushed. She heard me when I explained mom's pain and did pain assessments instead of waiting for her to ask for it. She also passed it onto other nurses. She paid attention to little details like putting mom's necklace back on after surgery. She was always happy to help.
