My mother had a heart attack while visiting DC from the Dominican Republic to attend her granddaughter's first birthday. My mother does not speak English and was very scared. Cindy was amazing; she went out of her way to make my mother feel safe and comfortable. Cindy did not stop there, she was always willing to help and calm our entire family.
