My mother had a heart attack while visiting DC from the Dominican Republic to attend her granddaughter's first birthday. My mother does not speak English and was very scared. Cindy was amazing; she went out of her way to make my mother feel safe and comfortable. Cindy did not stop there, she was always willing to help and calm our entire family. We will always be thankful to Cindy for her dedicated work and warm heart. Thank you so much!
