Cindy's respect for my dad was clearly on display at all times, in all things! We so appreciated her respect for his privacy every time she was rolling him over, moving or adjusting him. She asked everyone to please leave the room and pulled the curtain. The dignity preserved for him was amazing. Each time she patted his arm or brushed back his hair the gentleness and concern meant so much.

Cindy was exceptional. My father was agitated each night and Cindy was able to calm him each morning. He trusted her which made it easier for him to follow her directions. She was able to get his medication in, get him to eat and do his breathing treatment, all while patiently explaining his care to all the family members.

Cindy had the incredible task of caring for my 84-year-old dad who had quadruple bypass surgery, for 3 straight shifts. Despite how much pain my dad was in and his attitude wasn't the best, Cindy diligently went above and beyond the level of love and caring any stranger could possibly give to another. She was everything my dad and our family needed during these trying days. She was the best!
