My grandmother was diagnosed with Endometrial Cancer. While in this facility for surgery, Cindy Lou went above and beyond the call of duty. She took the time to explain all of the test results my grandmother had pre-op. She did this in a way anyone could understand. My grandmother was very nervous pre-op and Cindy Lou made my grandmother completely at ease. She was even laughing. I could not be more grateful. Cindy Lou is an amazing asset to your facility.
