Cindy has been consistent since the first day she met M, the patient. Always upbeat, personal, and friendly even with visitors. She made you feel welcome. Not only was her care and compassion as a nurse, outstanding, she helped M with her emotional, physical, and mental well-being: which we believe really turned her around. Cindy always showed her concern even when she was not assigned to care for M. Even our friends and relatives commented on her compassion and friendliness. She truly brightened up the days for M and all of us. I always felt comfortable leaving M in her care. Cindy truly deserves this special recognition.
