Cindy is so special because not only is she clinically one of the best nurses I've worked with, but she is also the most caring. She always goes above and beyond what she has to do. She works longer and harder than others and never do you hear her complain. She just gets the job done. I honestly don't think I could do my job without her. In 25 years of being in health care, I have never thought someone should be recognized as much as her.
