Cindy is an incredible Nurse and Nurse Leader. She is one of the 3E permanent charges and was recognized by her team member for her support and compassion. Cindy was nominated for this award because "she is a role model and ensures consistent, excellent care is provided to all patients." Cindy was applauded for her can-do attitude and her positive approach to leadership. 3E and ABMC are lucky to have such a strong leader guiding the team!
