We recently had a very hard group of patients including two patients that required the use of the Hoyer Life and three patients in isolation. You never heard Cindy complain, just the opposite. She was the first one to jump up to answer a bell. She never loses her patience with anyone. She is always willing to go the extra mile. She will be running around Rehab doing everything that needs to be done but always finds the time to go over to TCU to help them out. She is such a pleasant person to be around. She has an upbeat positive outlook on everything she does. What a wonderful asset to UPMC Northwest.
