I had delivered my baby boy at 17 weeks, and Cindy in labor and delivery made what was an unbearable situation so much easier for me and my family. She was incredible with her words; she was able to explain every part of the procedure in a way that I could understand, and do it in such a way that I was not scared or afraid of the outcome. She wasn’t afraid to show her emotions with us, which, in our situation, was not just needed, but absolutely necessary.

No mother should ever have to lose a child. And when they do, and they have to deliver a baby that they know will not have a heartbeat, or they are not going to cry when they are born, you need a nurse like Cindy who knows how to connect with patients and knows how to show empathy to them.
