*A strong member of the healthcare team who is always willing to be a preceptor to new nurses and gives them valuable guidance.

*Serves as the Charge Nurse and helps the team provide superior and compassionate patient care.

*Demonstrates a willingness and has the experience to provide extra teaching to patients - not all nurses have this capability but Cindy has both.

*Has given her free time to come in extra and support the ER during busy shifts.

*Has a love for nursing that shows in her compassion and care of patients.
