Cindy is an awesome nurse! I was recently switched to a different medication to help me with my RA. Sadly, my insurance denied my claim. When I explained the situation to Cindy, she took the time and effort, which was many, many phone calls and paperwork, to eventually get my insurance to approve and overturned their denial of the drug. Without her help, I am sure my health and wellbeing would not be as good as it is. I am very grateful that Cindy took the time to help me.
