When I got to 10 east, Cindy was my very first nurse. She greeted me with a warm smile and reassuring words that allowed me to relax. She was very informative. Her nursing skills were apparent but more than that her compassion and understanding were like no other. Her smile was contagious. She was serious and fast-acting when situations called for it. She was also silly and full of zing when I needed it. She walked me through everything making sure I understood all aspects. I've never experienced a nurse like her. She will forever hold a place in my heart. Some days were more difficult than others and sometimes you could tell she was busy. But her care was never rushed. She's incredible. She has a heart of gold and just having her as a nurse put me at ease. She's the greatest nurse I've ever had and I love her for that! Her vibrant energy kept me pushing to be better every day. She is my guardian angel and a blessing to this world. I can't think of one single negative thing about her. Baptist is lucky to have her. She definitely sets the standard of patient care for me. I was blessed to have her as my nurse. Now I'm getting better and may go home soon but I will never forget the impact she left on my heart.
