When I opened up our division's nearly 20 nominations for the DAISY Award this year, fully HALF of them were from one nurse -- Cindy Schroeder.  Cindy's patients feel so completely supported and loved by Cindy that the decision was a no-brainer!  Here are some of the things the patients said about her:

“Oh my, where do I start? Cindy, during my HHD training, became a sister and friend. She was so thorough with my wife and I. We had an amazing time with her, learning about my dialysis treatment.
