I have had to take my mom to the walk-in clinic several times over this past year, and usually Cindy Smith is her nurse. I just love her! She treats my mom with respect and kindness and never makes us feel like we are a burden. We have had a couple of embarrassing incidents when we have been there, and Cindy never makes me feel bad. She acts like it’s no big deal and continues doing her job. Cindy is always so sweet to help us out to the car when we leave. I am always so thankful for her. She embodies everything a good nurse is: kind, compassionate, competent, efficient and gentle.
