I was so sick with pneumonia and was hurting so badly. Cindy came in and introduced herself. Every time she enters the room, she has this smile on her face and always has something nice to say. She made me laugh when I felt like crying. She came over and asked how I was feeling. She rubbed my shoulder and patted me on the back and said 'it will be all right'. She was just so caring, giving and so thoughtful. I have no family here, but she made me feel as if I was family. That evening she told me to have a good night and she would see me in the morning and she gave me a hug. Come the next morning and here she is with that smile and it made my day. I will never forget the care that she gave to me. You have an outstanding team. I appreciate this hospital, the doctors, the nurses, and the love and care that was given to me while I was here. She checked on me often and I was just glad to know she was there. Thank you.
