Cini entered my room with a radiant smile and cheerful spirit. She assured me that she was there to make sure that I had the best experience at the hospital. Although I was rather drowsy, Cini made me feel safe and at home. At the end of her shift, she assured me that she would return later on in the evening and she did. She made my stay in the hospital a pleasant and relaxing one. She made me feel at home and that made me feel special. She cared about my wellbeing.
