Cinthia, from the day we were introduced to her, it was clear she is truly something special. We were so delighted to see that she was the RN overseeing my wife’s stay for the Autologous Stem Cell Transplant procedure – this following the administration of the heavy dose of Melphalan a day earlier.
Cinthia continues to demonstrate extraordinary care through her unbridled compassion, integrity earned and above reproach, and her ability to include not only the patient (my lovely wife), but also me (the husband) as she relates the care and course of treatments. Specifically, she is very engaging and connecting -maintaining this throughout her communications with us. Such is the depth of her compassion.
Her integrity shines through her unique ability to guide us along the way and the trust she instills to put us at ease. Inclusion comes naturally to her as she glides seemingly effortlessly in keeping us informed of where we are and next steps-managing our expectations.
