Nurse Pire has been a kind soul to my family in this time of need. She has gone beyond her job description to make us feel safe. My father and mother both are going through health issues. They are scared and Ms. Pire has comforted them every time she has seen them. One specific time she knew they had an appointment with a doctor not in her unit. She went to the hospital lobby to meet us and to comfort my parents. She also sends messages to me to share with my parents to wish them a good day or weekend.

During the time of the pandemic, we have spoken about the medical staff as heroes. Ms. Pire is my hero. She and all the staff of the Uhealth Healing Center are angels. I am and will always be grateful for the compassion shown. I never expected to be dealing with both parents' health issues at the same time. I expected them to be all right always. I know I am not alone. Nurse Pire and nurses like her are helping me. They go above the expectation. They all strive to be, compassionate human beings of service to others.
