CJ from the beginning made us all feel welcome and comfortable. She was able to make our grandmother as comfortable as possible during her last few hours. She made this very heart wrenching situation easier. Her care for what she does, as well as for her patients, shows. She was able to make us feel like her family. Regardless of what she was told, CJ was able to create a stable, peaceful and welcoming environment for us. Our grandmother's time at Kaiser was spent with us, her family, as well as a wonderful staff. Without CJ, this would have been impossible.
