My mother-in-law, who has severe Alzheimer's, was admitted to the ER in Orrville around noon with a possible bowl obstruction. Later, she found out it was her appendix. All the staff that interacted with her were absolutely phenomenal! My wife and I were extremely impressed with how the staff went above and beyond what was expected. The amount of kindness and compassion that was shown was heartwarming. We cannot begin to express how grateful we are to have such a wonderful group of people who just give help when needed!
