Claire Horant is truly one of the best leaders I have had the privilege of working beside during my healthcare career throughout many different states. Her compassion and dedication shine through in everything she does. She is not only hardworking, but she consistently brings a positive attitude that lifts the spirits of those around her. She genuinely listens and cares for her staff, taking the time to always be available to hear our concerns, support us through challenges, and celebrate our successes. Her presence makes work a better place, and she has a natural ability to elevate the culture of her departments by fostering teamwork, respect, and a sense of belonging.
