Claire Downhour, RN

After 8 days as a patient here at Cherry Hill and a multitude of unknowns, as my husband felt more depressed and wasn't able to understand all that was happening, Claire listened with what was clear compassion and understanding. She was so present for us both. She took our needs and facilitated a conversation with a wonderful physician who spoke to my husband, who gave him the impetus for optimism. They explained and made changes that are easing the changes. None of this would have been possible without Claire's "hearing and taking it to heart", followed by going one step further. She is a lovely young woman, an excellent nurse, and an outstanding advocate for her patients.
