Claire has been an outstanding preceptor during my Integrated Practicum experience. Her mentorship has had a profound influence on both my professional development and personal growth as a future nurse. From the very beginning, Claire created a supportive environment where I felt safe to learn, ask questions, and make mistakes without fear of judgment.

After repeating my second year of RN school due to earlier challenges rooted in overconfidence and previous experience in healthcare, I knew I needed to rebuild my foundation. I shared that with Claire on day one—and she embraced it with kindness and purpose. She guided me with patience, encouraged my growth, and met me where I was without judgment.
