We had a lot of great nurses on several units during our hospital stay but one nurse stands out above the rest that was reassigned to CA6. This nurse had such a comforting demeanor. She was kind, compassionate & helpful. She went above and beyond. When we were going through a major life change, she put us at ease. We wanted some pictures of our grandbabies to put by my husband’s bedside, so we asked if there was any place in the facility to print pictures. She said she wasn’t aware of any place, but she had me email some to her and she printed them in black and white. That gesture meant the world to us! I wish we could have this nurse 24/7 but I know it doesn’t work that way. So, I want her and the Health System to know she is in the right field! She is an exceptional nurse. We will always be thankful for how she took care of my husband. Although, CA6 is not her home unit, I can only imagine what an asset she must be in “her area”.
