Ms. Claire Mullins was our son's day nurse while he was in the Grady ICU. She took care of him for several days. She was professional, knowledgeable, and constantly kept us informed about his condition.

What particularly impressed us about Claire was the outstanding rapport that she developed with our son, who was recovering from serious injuries. She was empathetic, always upbeat, and at the same time authoritative. She was able to instruct him and gain his cooperation. He was agitated and fearful, but with her perfect balance of emotional support and “tough love,” she assuaged his fears and contributed greatly to his progress.

We will always be grateful to Claire for what she did for our son. She is an exceptional nurse!
