Claire represents everything a nurse should be. She is so compassionate with her patients, every time. She is always intensely focused on caring for her patient: before, during, and after the procedure, every time. She always has a smile for her patients and [other] staff. She never sits down and consistently looks for ways to help her colleagues in prepping patients, assisting the sedation nurse, whatever it takes. She is the epitome of a team player in every way, every time. She is, in every way, AWESOME, every time.
