Claire served as my night nurse after an unexpected C-section. I was highly distraught and emotional. Claire was a breath of fresh air. She was highly attentive and went the extra mile to assist me at my lowest and most vulnerable moments as a new mother. Claire came whenever I called, had a smile, and always had a solution. She met me and my spouse with such comfort, and it was natural, not forced, like it truly was her pleasure to help in any way. She got to know us so well that she knew my husband's drink order down to the amount of ice. This seems frivolous, but when your child is in the special care unit and your wife is recovering from a C-section, little details make a difference. Claire understood the little things.
