There aren't many scarier experiences than your infant being in the hospital. But from the second we came onto the floor and were greeted by Claire, our spirits were instantly lifted, and a chunk of our anxiety melted away. We felt the warmth and genuinely believed that she was excited to get to meet and care for our little guy, which is the best feeling when you're thrown into a situation where you have to trust complete strangers to take care of your most precious person.

She took the time to answer each of our questions and concerns and made sure to follow up and clarify those that she was not 100 percent sure of. We never felt like an imposition despite our many needs and no matter how much we tried to apologize for them she assured us it was no trouble, and I truly believe that it was her pleasure to be there for us due to her perpetual smile and lighthearted glow.

And most remarkably, she made us laugh during an extremely unfunny time. Not only is she an incredible provider, but she is also someone who is just a general enjoyment to be around. Our hospital stay would have been filled with far more stress had we not been in such compassionate hands.

We are so grateful to Claire and all she has done for our family and the greater medical field.
