I reported to the hospital for a knee replacement revision. There was a delay in the surgery. To make a difficult situation more tolerable, I had the extreme good fortune of having Clara in the pre-op room who kept me sane, calm and as much informed as was possible, allowing me to relax. Clara was extremely conscious of my comfort and checked on me constantly asking if she could do anything for me or my husband. She was aware of my stress and did everything she could to make it more tolerable. She was kind, professional, gracious and very caring.
