I found kindness, tenderness, and mercy from her when Clarence was caring for my daughter.
My daughter was admitted to the 5B ward for surgery. This type of surgery is a long and painful surgery. The surgeon was going to remove some of her middle ear bones as well as insert a stent. Postoperative time was a difficult time for her and for me but because of Clarence and her compassionate feeling, she helped me to overcome this period. I found kindness, tenderness, and mercy from her when she was caring for my daughter. She tried her best to relieve my daughter's pain by talking with her to divert her attention. Not only that, but she also gave me all postoperative instructions and details with patience. Every time she entered the room she was smiling and kind. I felt she was like a mother for my daughter. I hope all the nurses learn from her how to deal with the patient, especially if the patient is a child.
