Clarissa went above and beyond for us. We had absolutely no idea what we were doing. This baby was soooo different from our first baby. She came in right away in the morning, helped us with him, taught us ways to help/work with baby, and then offered to take him since it was a rough night. We were able to get some sleep and that was helpful enough. As the day went on and more things came up, she came in and took the time to teach us, support us, and help us. She had so much compassion and love and was willing to go above and beyond. The 1:1 teachings we got were undeniably some of the best and most informative lessons. We are so grateful and she made our experience there absolutely amazing! We will forever be grateful for the help and lessons. If you have ever been a mom, you understand the emotions and feelings helpless when you can't comfort your baby, and she made sure to help me not feel that way and made it super personal. The OB team down there is absolutely amazing, and Clarissa is a great addition to the team! I know she will help so many other moms and that's the biggest reward!
