I arrived at 6:00 AM in the preop area, and immediately the nurse made me feel at ease as she skillfully prepared me for surgery. The OR nurse gave me confidence and set my mind at ease that I'd be in great hands. The Recovery nurses, Clarisse and S, attentively cared for me post-surgery and made me feel comfortable as I prepared to go home. The whole experience from start to finish was like a well-oiled team machine.
