Clarisse Santibanez, RN
Clarisse's gentle and kind spirit put all our patients at ease. She creates a warm atmosphere and always approaches patients with respect. She is honest with patients when it comes to tough topics, and she will never back down from what is hard but necessary information. Recently, we had a very big challenge with a certain family of a young patient. She never complained about caring for the patient and interacting with the family of the patient - even when it would have been legitimate to do so. Clarisse came to work and was a steady presence in a challenging situation. She was and is a quiet leader who is welcoming and strives to treat all her patients and their families with dignity and respect. I am so grateful to have her as part of our nursing team.
