Clarita Radoc, RN

I would like to sincerely thank Ms. Clarita for being a wonderful nurse that she is. She was the nurse who took care of me during my procedure in Endoscopy. I was very scared initially because I was not sure what will happen during the procedure, and what the outcome will be. It was my first time to have this kind of procedure. Clarita was very patient and calm in explaining the procedure – what to expect and what to do after the procedure. She was there throughout, and her presence was very reassuring. I felt so valued, and she did not make me feel like I am just one of the patients for the day. I know how stressful it is to work in a work environment like she has, so I really admire her. I did not get the chance to personally thank her when I left the unit (only my husband did), so I hope this way of thanking her reaches her attention. I just want to let her know that we really appreciate her kindness and excellent service.
