To name one situation would be an understatement. Claudia is a hard-worker. She shows genuine compassion for not only our patients here at Northwest, but she exhibits the same compassion for her fellow team members also. Claudia is an active member not only in our humble unit, but also within the organization via participation in our Shared Governance committee. Claudia is definitely the kind of nurse the DAISY Awards exemplifies as evidence by her ability to excel in all five key areas. Claudia is definitely a nurse worthy of this honor.
