Claudia Cossaboon, RN

Claudia is a very important part of not only MICU but Grandview as a whole. She has taken many new grads under her wing and taught them how to critically think and handle many situations. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all parts of this hospital. She took several of our ECMO patients during COVID and has been a shoulder to lean on whenever needed. MICU believes she needs to be recognized for her excellence in this career, as she is a major asset to us all. She is very caring and compassionate and we hope she will be around to bless other new grads with the skills they need to excel in this job.
