I haven't had that much interaction with Claudia because she is the one that does all of the hugely important things from getting patients placed from ER, guiding the many, many nurses on the 3rd floor and the beautiful thing about that is she's ok doing anything and everything to help this floor succeed on the sidelines. Not only does Claudia exhibit compassion for patients and their families, but her colleagues as well. She pitches in wherever she can and goes out of her way to interact with patients and families. She is the kind of nursing supervisor, secretary, nurse, friend, and coworker that Imperial Point needs to succeed. She is an exceptional nurse and someone that I, as a patient and so many others, look up to as a true compassionate leader with the love for what she does. If Claudia to have a favorite quote, it would be, "Be the type of nurse you want to work with or be healed by."
