Ante todo mencionar que a lo largo de varios años ella nos ha acompañado como familia en momentos muy críticos y tristes que hemos vivido. Ella no sólo acompaña desde la enfermería, lleva su labor más allá, como pocas veces se ve en personal de salud, ella lo trasciende a la persona, conecta con las emociones, posee un nivel de empatía digno de admirar.

Personalmente me acompañó en un diagnóstico de diabetes gestacional. Me acompañó, me enseñó, me contuvo emocionalmente. Venía yo de una terrible situación de parto prematuro. Siempre tuvo palabras de cariño y de aliento.

Cuando una madre ve en riesgo la vida de los hijos es lo peor que podemos vivir, sobre esto y debido a un intento de suicidio de nuestra hija adolescente, ella nos guio y nos acompañó una vez más llevando su labor más allá de lo laboral, siempre entregando mucha contención.

En consulta he debido detallarle mi historia clínica sobre mi endometriosis, pasando por el dolor y lamentablemente con infertilidad, luego los procedimientos de fertilización desde las de baja complejidad hasta las más altas y los cinco intentos fallidos hasta que por fin encontramos al médico indicado y nuestro hijito hoy tiene nueve añitos. Durante todo mi relato pude ver en sus ojos cuánto me entendía, sentí en ese momento que por fin había alguien que no juzgaba. Ella no sabe cuán agradecida estoy por su gestión.

First and foremost, I would like to mention that, over the course of several years, she has been there for our family during some of the most critical and difficult moments we have experienced. She does not simply provide care as a nurse; she goes beyond her professional role, in a way that is rarely seen among healthcare professionals. She connects with people on a deeper level and with their emotions, demonstrating an admirable level of empathy.

Personally, she supported me through a diagnosis of gestational diabetes. She was there for me, taught me, and provided me with emotional support. I had just come through a terrible experience with a premature birth. She always had words of kindness and encouragement.

When a mother sees her children's lives at risk, it is one of the worst things we can ever experience. This was the case when our teenage daughter attempted suicide. Once again, she guided us and supported us, going far beyond her professional responsibilities and always providing tremendous emotional support.

During my medical consultations, I have had to share my medical history with her, including my experience with endometriosis, the pain I endured, and, unfortunately, infertility. I then went through fertility treatments, from less complex procedures to more advanced ones, and five unsuccessful attempts before we finally found the right doctor. Today, our little boy is nine years old. Throughout my entire story, I could see in her eyes how deeply she understood me. At that moment, I felt that, finally, there was someone who did not judge me. She has no idea how grateful I am for everything she has done for me.
