While I was in the hospital, there was a situation where the patient I was sharing a room with was making me feel unsafe. At the same time, I was also upset because I didn’t fully understand a decision that was made about my medication. Claudia was very on top of helping me with both things. She helped me quickly and discreetly move to a new room without escalating things with the other patient. With my medication, she immediately contacted the doctor and when he didn’t respond after a few hours, she followed up again. I really felt like Claudia paid attention to what I needed in order to feel comfortable and safe and that she always followed through on everything.
