The induction of our baby girl was handled incredibly by Claudia, especially when it became apparent that I had some remaining trauma from previous medical issues that made the induction process unexpectedly traumatic. 

Claudia could not have been more patient or kind, taking the time to clear the room before examinations, explaining everything as many times as I needed, and offering compromises and alternatives when processes seemed too much. She passed on detailed information to the next shift, ensuring I didn’t have to explain myself and become upset again each time a new set of staff took over care and strongly advocated for me to have my own space for examinations so I was not around others when I was in pain.
 
Claudia consistently checked on us (even when we were moved off her ward) and provided care way beyond what we expected and her understanding demeanor showed  through everything she did. 

We will genuinely never forget the care she gave us and will always remember how she made us feel. We felt like the only patient in the hospital, and we formed such a connection with her. Claudia is the perfect person to be a midwife, and we are lucky to have been cared for by her.
