We cannot say enough good things about this nurse. She was our first impression of the hospital and she 100% built our confidence that it was going to be a great experience. Her information and education assisted us and added so much value to the experience. She listened to all our feedback and advocated for us. She was truly incredible. Since being home, she's followed up with us multiple times and answered my questions and concerns. She's connected me with excellent resources. Her role is an excellent value add to the hospital. She specifically is exceptional at it.
