I was able to observe Claudia work with a patient and family in a room, demonstrating the utmost professionalism. I have been in leadership roles in my past career and have watched her work diligently and professionally, showing compassion in a very sensitive scenario; she was not flustered, at least not showing it, which was a big help to the family.
